How do I change the color of my profile table, but not the navigation bar?

I really need help with this! my profile looks weird when not have. but I lost the code, do not want to change the color of my navigation bar. unless you like black.

Go to Profile —> Edit profile and select the link near the top, but below the navigation that says "Profile" Themes ", the word" new "is due to its red side. will a message box that just hit well. In the left pane that appears, select 'Edit Theme' then near the bottom of the panel, select ' modules'. In "Module Type, click 'from the dropdown box and select" Navigation Bar. "In' Color ', check the box that says 'None'. Be sure to click 'Save and Publish "on the bottom of the panel when finished. Salud!
