What car should I buy?

I'm going for 6 months and on my return I am looking for a new car. I want a 1.9TDI, any suggestions? my limit is £ 7-8000 i do not know if tt audii are available from this engine. I had a E46 BMW convertible that was beautiful. need a full leather seat. BMW does not make a 1.9TDI in the convertible? Thanks for your help

VW Passat is a good car, reliable and very well constructed and make a 19 TDI.
