All FORD OEM navigation unit work in my Lincoln Mark LT?

I've been looking for buying a unit Navigation OEM Factory some people say yes, it is therefore compatible I look at some auctions and it does not have my truck listed. So here's the Question look all navigation to the same size im just wondering that it will work in my truck i have the antenna and the am / fm adapter already. Is it important if its from a Taurus, Explorer, Edge, Expedition, F250?
