Subaru? Im about to buy need help!?

I am looking for a new car and know Ive bail or the Subaru Impreza Honda CRV / IT element. I heard some horror storys in the news abotu `s. I live in an area of about 4,500 Elev and benefits of snow. In most of our winters latley have been weak, but I do not want to risk. So I wanted the CRV, but the price is not what I want to spend and you like new.
