Realistically, most people hate running. In military bootcamp, when you get in trouble, what should I do? Run. Growing up in school, what likes to do in physical education class? Run. In a sports team, what happens if you make too many mistakes in practice or a game? Run. For most people, running sucks. And here's the problem, most people think running sucks, but they also know they have to do a good cardio workout plan. They know that cardio can help you lose body fat, improve your health and vitality and help fend off many diseases. Therefore, the benefits of running = good. The operation itself = sucks. Hmmmm. What to do? Easy – just do other things instead of running. All it does is run to get the heavy breathing. There is nothing magic about the execution itself. In fact, running – especially if it does for long distances on pavement – can be difficult in the body. Joints have to absorb an impact, possibly causing long-term damage (if you put in enough miles) to the knees, ankles and hips. Too many steps in the long term are as much of anything – wrong. And the repeated pounding can cause even get bone bruises on the heels of the feet. So why not search for other activities to get his heavy breathing instead of running? This can play sports, play games, do gymnastics, or just older workforce. Focus on yourself heavy breathing, and get the cardiovascular benefits you are seeking.
