Why people do not get wheelchair access transport?

I'm disabled and wheelchair and was denyied transport in a van, Why is this and why not others have the same problem as me?

I do not know why you refuse. Here in KC the public transport system is well equipped to handle people with disabilities. Depending on the situation could consider legal action.
